DVD-AUDIO/VIDEO DEMO DISK FOR 5.1 CINEMA SET UP

Busy trying to optimise settings for a home cinema set up. Could anyone kindly recommend a good demo disk that could possible assist in finding optimum sound and vision settings. Equipment:- Panasonic Plasma PX81, Yamaha 563, using Jamo 5.1 cinema speakers

For sound, obvious one is the D Day landing scene in Saving Private Ryan, but I also thought the scene in House of Flying Daggers where he throws stones at the little drums was a good one. The battle scenes in the Lord of the Rings trilogy are also fabulous.

For picture, I would just make sure it's calibrated properly and it should be good - have a look at the How to video on this site (chapter 5).
