Downloading question

Firstly, is it possible to download music from my PC and burn it onto CD/RW? and will the quality be comparable to IPods, or even conventional CD's?

I have loads of CD's recorded from a CD recorder (purely for home use, of course), just that the sound quality is rather 2 dimentional.

so you have some music file on a CD recorder and you want to COPY them to your PC and then burn them?

how good they will sound depends on the format they were recoreded in and what bitrate.

Itunes lets you burn CDs from music in its library. I do so for downloads to create a backup. There is little difference between a burn and the original and any difference is, as above said down to bit rates.

Yeah not sure what the question is PP - are you talking about loading your old CD-Rs onto your PC or creating CDs from music already on there?
