EDIT - for the record the 12 people that disliked my system from 3 years ago (changed a bit since then) after about 13000 odd views - I am not surprised that system was rubbish but it would still have been setup better than yours most likely.

Nor does it mean you know anything! You just can't take it because someone disagrees with you, well lots of people do get used to it. I think professionals know more than you do, but like with plasmas you calibrate yourself which is fine, doesn't mean everyone would want it calibrated by you in fact very few do.

Gel maybe most people do it your way but thats why often when you hear it you realise most people are doing it wrong.

There is absolutely no point in getting annoyed or frustrated...but go with the flow.

As far as I'm concerned, it's a win if Gel doesn't waste money on a blind purchase...but how long will that last!

Gel what you dont realise is a lot people read this forum and see your activity which you openly post on here - literally everything. You post that you dont work and yet are able to buy thousands of pounds worth tv's constantly and this and that bit of kit and return most of it . This rubs a lot of hard working people who cant afford to do that very much the wrong way - you wont even realise that sitting in your little bubble of life and you probably dont even care

Now where you get your money from is of no importance to me whether you grow weed in your loft or rob old grannies on a sunday afternoon its pure irrelevance to me.

All I care about on this forum is sharing experience to achieve great picture and great sound - I was the first person on here to even mention TV calibraton and this has changed many peoples viewing experiences and views as a whole on the subject. That was me, noone else - me.

I have had people say to me that things I have written on here, like the guides I wrote for MCCAC helped them out loads in setting their pioneer receivers up - a random person who I sold something to on Ebay said that to me

You can trust who you want - I know how much knowledge I have in AV and I can prove it in with a demo of my system which will be up there with the best you ever experienced, if not the best for both music and movies - following my advice would benefit a lot of people to achieve something truly great from their own systems.

However my goal with you was more simple to actually educate you on how to achieve better performance from your system so that you stop buying stuff and returning for no reason at all - like the Pioneer LX88 and to also stop the knock on effect of people constantly reading about it, people that would love to buy new stuff all the time but because of family, mortgage, work and other commitments cant do it financially or for whatever reason.

But after a lot of effort on my part I know you are a lost cause and that I failed in the attempt to do it, which resulted in my frustration then your insults which were crappy in all fairness but did still bother me. The best one was the pro's know more than me - some do a lot dont from what I have experienced I will leave it at that
