Does anyone else think 4K ultra HD and HDR Blu-Ray is a big con?

for me one of the biggest issues with UHD discs is no 3D disc included. Take Batman Vs Superman for example, i'd rather have the 3D version than the UHD version, so whats the point of me upgrading to UHD when I wont buy half the films as I'd rather watch them in 3D and I'll buy that instead!

I love 3D and will watch a film in that over 2D any day, yes I wear glasses and I have an active shutter 3D set but after watching for 10 mins if the film is good enough I don't notice I'm wearing two pairs of glasses!

It's only very slightly better , basically considering the price difference it's a bit of a con.
Full HD with a good quality blu ray player still looks amazing to me.
