I had someone else attach the ends to new Audioquest Rocket 11 speaker wires. Just as I was connecting them, I noticed the arrows are pointing TOWARD the speakers.
Does this really matter? Thanks.

I have the AQ Rocket 11, arrows point to the speakers, and they also have a left and right speaker wire.

Does it make any difference? I would doubt that. Did I, do it? Yes, I did.

According to AudioQuest it makes a difference:

Why are AudioQuest cables directional?
In one direction, music will sound relatively flat and a little grainy, as though being forced through a screen door. In the opposite direction, the obstruction is removed and music will be communicated with a natural ease, depth, and an open invitation to pleasure

That is why I don't buy any product from this company.

That is presumably the direction the manufacturers intended. Arrows, where present, usually indicate the signal flow, in this case from amplifier to speakers.
