I had someone else attach the ends to new Audioquest Rocket 11 speaker wires. Just as I was connecting them, I noticed the arrows are pointing TOWARD the speakers.
Does this really matter? Thanks.

HI,No, but it dose help find the negative and positive as they tend to only print on one side the cable.

Don't the arrows point to magnetic north as opposed to geographical north ?

Why are AudioQuest cables directional?
In one direction, music will sound relatively flat and a little grainy, as though being forced through a screen door. In the opposite direction, the obstruction is removed and music will be communicated with a natural ease, depth, and an open invitation to pleasure

Everyone knows those little electrons have no sense of direction.....I only have arrows on my Merlin Chopin interconnects. I tried both ways and couldn't detect any audible difference. Not sure why cable companies bother
That is presumably the direction the manufacturers intended. Arrows, where present, usually indicate the signal flow, in this case from amplifier to speakers.I had someone else attach the ends to new Audioquest Rocket 11 speaker wires.
