Just to add, on a hot summers day, particularly if you're out walking/jogging you may wish to have a spare IEM's at hand.

I'm impressed with the Artti's and ivipQ cables are solid, excellent quality plugs.




I also have KZ planars IEM which are also good but I can't find them, I think my wife has pinched them!

I've replaced the FiiO stock cables on my FT1, also ivipQ cabling. These sound more crisper and have cleaner treble.

Also, you seem to have mastered searching for things on Aliexpress. Something I find rather infuriating when looking for a v specific item.

Before I forget - a tale of two cases.....

The JM21 comes with a neat silicone case pre-installed. The sort of thing 99.999% of people would notice when they take it out of the box.

The "special" impatient ones amongst us *might* instead have not noticed and tried to force the silicone-encased DAP into the separate leatherette case. I bought it as I knew the design of the JM21 is a bit silly and the glass is raised above the bezel and so totally exposed to scratches. Safely resolved by the alternative case.....

It was snug. More than snug. I got it to within maybe 10mm of the end of the case and that was it - wedged in tight. Couldn't get it any further and couldn't get it out 🤦‍♂️ 😆

In the end I had to cut through the leatherette case very carefully to extract it and today the DAP is safety wrapped in a brand new leatherette case, minus the pre-installed silicone. It just glided in nicely 😆 £20 wasted yesterday 🤦‍♂️ Patience and observation are equally virtuous.
