Denon 2500 a good match for 2310 ?

Would the Denon 2500 go well with my Denon 2310 ? A friend wants to sale his for £300 to me , is that a good price & is this Denon 2500 any good ? Cheers

Watch out for painfully slow loading times, and don't forget you can get brand new one for around £499......
