I am probably being really dense but can some one point me in the right direction here please. I Have an arcam amp and it requires bfa plugs. I have acquired some deltron plugs but really cannot see how they are supposed to be attached to the speaker wire. Are you meant to break off the plastic strip an wire in to the top of them or drill through the rear and feed in through there?? It really seem like these plugs have been badly designed as it looks like you have to modify them to use them. I think I must be missing a trick here somewhere. Cant find any google images that help much either. Maybe I am searching for the wrong thing.

Arrrrrrggggggg please help 🙂

Cheers, Rob

Ah ha 🙂 all sorted I gave the rear of the plug a little push and what do you know the insert pops out leaving a hole to feed the wire in. You then have to take the grub screw out feed the wire in to the metal part of the plug and use the screw to screw down vertically in the center hole. All is good again in my world of hi fi.

I guess if you wanted to use multi wires you could break off the top plastic strip and the you have up to three wires in one plug.

For single wires I am guessing my way is better. Certainly looks neater 🙂
