Question Dali Katch firmware update?

Ok I had to ask this here because I can't find it anywhere else on the Internet. I'm trying to update my Dali Katch to firmware 3.2. But I plug USB stick into the speaker and follow their directions and nothing happens. Anyone else have this speaker and have this issue or made it work? Thanks!

I can't help you, but I have a warning. Don't buy a Dali Katch portable speaker if you want to use it with an iPhone. This speaker does not support aac. But,,,,this is nowhere to be found on their website. I complained to them two times, but hey don't react. Also don't count on aptx which they are touting,.Your iPhone does not support that.

Have you checked which version of software it already has?
do you mean version 2.5? Don't think there is a version 3.2
how is your memory stick formatted?
