Cyrus psx-r power supply upgrade worth it in my system??

Hi Knowledgeable Audiophiles!

I am considering adding a Cyrus psx-r to the Cyrus PreXPd preamp and would appreciate opinions as to whether this is worth it in my system which is.....

MacMini 2011 => Audiophilleo2 => Wyred-4-Sound DAC2 or Cyrus CD6SE => Cyrus PreXPd => Cyrus MonoXs => Audiovector S3 Signature speakers.

The computer source is overwhelmingly used and is better than the CD6SE - moreso since the Audiophilleo2 (fantastic upgrade).

What do you think?

Yes. I had a Cyrus Pre XPd for a short while and the PSX was a useful addition for the money.

Agreed. I was pleasantly surprised at the improvement a PSX-R brought to my Cyrus/Naim system. I got a reconditioned one from Moorgate Acoustics.

Better resolution, smoother sound and lower noise floor...

plenty available used or Cyrus reprocessed at knock down prices.
