Cyrus CD Players

I have a Cyrus daD3 that's on it's last legs, but can't afford to splash out on a brand new one. here comes Ebay.......

Seen the dad3 with Q module, CD7 and CD6S, but which will be the best option. Will a dad3 with a upgrade of the Q dac sound better than the CD7 or 6S.

Any ideas anyone......
