I own a bit of a mixed bag of kit and just resently purchased a wharfedale sw 150 sub. Thinking this would be a great addition to my system which consists of a denon avr2803 amp and 6 tannoy fx satelite speakers and a tannoy mc centre. I thought i better set it up properly but after reading a bit about crossover freqs noticed the satelites lower response is 140Hz, the subwoofer upper response is 110Hz and the amp highest crossover setting is 120Hz. Does this mean that my system will not play frequencies in the range of 110-140. if i set the centre to large in the amp menu will this fill the gap or am i going to have to buy 2 mains with a lower freq response of say 100Hz. Help

To be honest I really don't think you'll notice any loss of frequency. Set the crossover on the sub to the highest and if your receiver has an auto set up mike then use that to take care of the rest?
