Could someone kindly spec me a amplifier please?

Firstly I have a spare Emotiva Gen3 3 channel power amp spare and I would like to use.

From reading I will need a pre amplifier?

I want to stream using nothing more than tidal Master for music, so I need to be able to connect via Android

My speakers Tannoy precision 6.4

My budget max 2k, but happy to buy used and cheaper
