Connection Query

I have a panasonic TH42PX70 TV, an ONKYO TRS605 receiver, a PIONEER DV600 DVD PLAYER and a SKY HD BOX arriving in the next few days and would like to know how to join it all up using HDMI cables. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

HDMI cable from Pioneer player to receiver to carry video and all audio

HDMI cable from Sky HD to receiver to carry video, plus optical digital cable from Sky HD box to receiver to carry surround audio (the audio on the HD link from Sky to receiver is stereo only)

HDMI cable from receiver to TV to carry video.

Done!
