Connecting new system

Hi Folks

Im looking for some advice on how to connect up a new system ive bought and which cables to use.

I have a Samsung D8000 TV and wish to connect the following items

Monitor Audio RX6 speakers (pair)

Marantz amp - PM6004 (2 ch)

Marantz bluray - UD5005

Any advice is much appreciated.
