I'm happy without needing to add an extra DAC to my Sonos and amp, you could always add at a later date if you felt the need to add one. I use the same speakers as you, BR5, and with the limitations of your amp I would have thought that the financial outlay on a DAC would add a questionable improvement unless you are thinking of upgrade your powerhouse, but sounds as if you are a happy bunny at present,. You could always take your amp and speakers along to an audition so that you personally hear if you think a DAC improves your cd player choice as well as give Sonos a whirl with and without a DAC. Also Sonos really works so easily out of the box, took me less then 15 minutes to get working and the customer service, forum and web services are perfect.
Just check on this forum for comments on Sonos, not the cheapest alternative but easily the best bit of kit I have spent money on and is used each and everyday.
