Dear all,

I've got 5.1. &W 683 S2 Theatre and looking for a new receiver since my old doesn't work with UHD.

Is Denon X4500H would be fine option for these speakers? Is there any difference between X3600H and X4500H or in this class of speakers I won't hear/see any difference?

receiver needed only for watching movies, I've got stereo amp for music.

Thanks!

What’s your current av receiver? If it’s hdmi 1.3 or later it will work fine with a 2 HDMI 4K Blu-ray player. I will list a few that’s fine with below. When you say UHD it doesn’t work with do you just mean 4K Blu-rays? Or do you mean Atmos and DTS X?

Hi gel,

Thanks for your reply.

Hi mate,

It already supports 4K Blu-ray all you need is a one HDMI 4K Blu-ray player which are even cheaper than a 2 HDMI player:
