Hello
I have the following equipment
Amplifier: Cambridge P25
- 25 watts RMS per channel.
- 4 and 8 ohm speaker outputs
.
CD player: Rotel RCD 930 AX
-Frequency Response: 20-20,000 Hz +- 0.8 db
-Total Harmonic Distortion: less than 0.01% @ 1 kHz
-Channel Separation: greater than 90 dB @ 1 kHz
-Signal to Noise Ratio: greater than 90 dB
-Digital to Analog Converter: 1 Bit Pulse Modulated
Speakers: Kef Coda
- impedance 6 ohms
- 10 - 70 watts
Very basic and old, but now I want to buy some speakers also on the same range/budget and one thing crossed my mind, the doubt about the importance of the ohm impedance.
So, is it a bad thing to have a amplifier with 4 and 8 ohm speaker outputs and speakers with 6 ohms impedance?
Keeping the cd player and the amplifier wich speakers can you advice?
What about
Mission MX1
Q-Acoustics 2010
Wharfdale Diamond 10.1
Cheers
