Maybe consider a cd transport such as a audiolab 6000cdt and a second hand dac then there is a possible upgrade route later on funds providing by changing the dac if you so desire, ps used to briefly own a set of those talismans, great speakers

Tricky question to answer really will all depend on budget, system synergy and your preferences in terms of sound , if you can stretch your budget or pick up a 2nd hand audiolab CDT the chord mojo 2 is on offer at the moment for 249. I have a denifrips ares 2 hooked up to my CDT and that sounds great to my ears. Think topping and smsl do some good budget dacs too, good luck
