Hi all

My cars audio doesnt have bluetooth or an AUX socket so I recently bought a cheapie FM transmitter from EBAY which works surprisingly well. However, as it plugs into the lighter socket and probably because its cheap it has a low hum and it doesnt like the wipers being on. Can anyone recommend one that possibly has electrical filters in to dull the issues?

Cheers

I don't have an answer but I feel your pain because our car is the same: Just a slot CD and an FM radio. It's 2013, so of that age where bluetooth was a luxury feature. Our previous car was 2004 and had a cassette radio. Folk can laugh all they like but a £2.99 adaptor had it playing music from my phone perfectly adequately for a car.

It could be a faulty product.

It works perfectly well so long as its a clean electricity supply. For example, when the cars off it sounds beautiful.
