Cannot get True HD Sound

I have read many threads on this but cannot achieve True HD sound on my Onkyo SR605 and Toshiba EP35.

I have tried the 'handshake principle', set direct digital to yes and HDMI out to Auto. I can get Dolby Digital Plus but no true HD.

Connection is via a cambridge audio standard HDMI lead, could this be the problem, do I need to upgrade to a 1.3 lead?

Don't think you need to upgrade the lead.

What happens on the amplifier when you select the TrueHD in the Language Options of the HD-DVD?
