Can I stream FLAC to Sony bdp S5500

Hi All,

I recently bought this BDP and had a hard time setting up the streaming side of things. Today I eventually got it kind of half going. I can stream mp3 files from WMP 12, but it doesn't see FLAC files, which are basically the ones I want it to see. The unit does play flac fro a USB. Has anyone any idea if I am doing someting wrong? Thanks

I'm sure no one is interested, but just in case it helps someone going fwd, the BDP player sees albums in MP3, but sees no files in the FLAC rips. I am able to stream the FLAC rips by right clicking an album in WMP and selecting the cast to option and selectong the Sony bluray. This works ok (and you get streaming lossless music), bit it's a bit flakey, in that if you try to skip to next song or go back etc, the stream fails. Its ok to steram a full album and not interupt, at least thats my experience
