A mate of mine has lent me his Marantz PM7002 KI SIG for the weekend, if I bi-wire it to my B&W 684s and use it Class A will it be OK.

It says in the manual its only 25W in class A, will this drive my speakers or should I use it in Class A/B at 95W.
Thanks.

Biwiring? Yes fine. 25W enough to drive the 684s? Yes, just about - it's at the lower end of the amplifier power requirements for the speakers.

Even so, I wouldn't push the levels really hard, and I'd be wary of any signs of the sound hardening up at higher levels, as this might indicate the imminent onset of clipping.

That could damage your speakers, not your mate's amp.
