Cambridge Azur650bd,anyone got one?

As usual very confused as what to buy(to much choice) but think im very close to what i know need.The Azur650bd has had excellent 5 star reviews but i would just like to hear from you guys what you truly think.I want a good cd player and also a blu ray player so hoping this is might be the right kit.Would love to hear here your opinions.

I have a 650BD. I would have to say that my Rega Apollo wipes the floor with the 650BD for CD playback. However, since making some changes to my system it sounds much better now than it did before (with the Apollo), but I haven't tried the 650BD yet with those changes. I will do that in the coming weeks. Maybe the improvement in sound from the 650BD will be more significant than it was even with the Apollo. But I am not surprised that a dedicated CD player, especially one as accomplished as Rega's, would beat a universal player. In fact I would expect it and so I'm not very critical of the 650BD on this front. I recall it faring much better with SACD. I haven't actually watched a video yet, but briefly played a DVD and the picture looked excellent. I'll hopefully watch a full movie this weekend.

I fully expect a good standard cd player to be better than the 650bd,i have know idea how much a Rega costs just hoping the 650bd is a good combo as i dont have a blu ray player,just trying to find the best kit for the budget.
