calibration for pioneer pdp 428xd

hi dose any one have the best calibration settings for the pioneer pdp428xd obtained either by using calibration discs or the spyder which i think attaches to your screen and then gives you the proper set up for gray scale colour contrast etc etc

hi i set my 428xd with the spyder but i got different readings by using two different dvd machine the spyder only dose basic set up .i have just used the settings below and the picture is much better the blacks are black and skin tones look natural you can change the colour saturation in the first set up,and change the sharpness as required.

For sky hd,cable, ps3,b/ray,or hd/dvd.

AV selection "Movie"

Contrast 30

Brightness 0

Colour - 2

Tint + 2 towards the green

Sharpness - 15

Pro Adjust "Pure Cinema

Film Mode off

Text Optimization off

Inteligent Mode off

Picture Detail

Black Level off

Are these the best settings for HD only, or will they also be best for SD.
