Buying a Yamaha amp from Bestbuy

Odd question. Bestbuy are a large US chain that often import hardware from the US. So if I buy a Yamaha AV amp - I'm thinking of the RXV667 here - from Bestbuy, will it be UK-tuned or US-tuned? I.e, do Yamaha tune the sound of their amps, like Pioneer and Denon do, IIRC, and if so, will the amp I get from Bestbuy be so-tuned?

I know Yamaha in UK supply to Best Buy in UK, so i'd expect all stock to be of the UK-specific models (and IIRC they are UK tuned).

Yes, Yamaha has confirmed that stock in UK Best Buy stores is "definitely supplied from the UK and UK run productions, therefore the same as all of our other UK dealers. "

Well, thanks to Clare's quick response and Yamaha's info, I have ordered the rxv667 from BestBuy. A steal, too at £299.99 less 10% by entering the code AV10C, so £270 for the Titanium one, with free delivery

Actually, the code works for all AV kit, but I think it expires today
