I have a tacima
can't remember if I tried the psu in a different wall socket ... but I tried pretty much all combos and the successful noise abatement came whenever I went to battery only power ... so either the laptop psu ac adapter is the problem or there's one at source ie where ever I plug the laptop into the mains

BTW I've been talking to Stanley about the Caiman upgrade to my 7520 which he shipped to me with the op amp upgrade already installed . People rave about it ..
