Budget velodyne subwoofers ?

Im looking around the market for some second hand velodyne subwoofers.

I came across 3 models that is in my budget range ($250), they are the

HGS-10

CHT-12

Impact-12

Which will be best used for music in a small 4.5 x 2m room?
