Hi I have the old b&w mt30 speaker package with the old pv1 sub. When moving house I broke one of the speakers. Should I get it repaired, no idea how much, or take the opportunity to get a new centre speaker? Any ideas? It would be one of the old m1 s I broke

Snapped the back plate off with all the connectors. Would it be worth upgrading as it is the centre or just replacing like for like. There are new m1s out now I think, or I'm open to spend if its worth getting a better centre.

Is there no advantage to upgrading the centre by itself then? If there is an advantage, any recommendations, the misses hasnt let me spend for a while and i'm vastly out of the loop at the moment.

The front 3 speakers need to be tonaly matched realy, even tho the center handles the dialogue. If you get a better center, from the same make as the L/R speakers you may have to increase their levals slightly to compensate tho....worth looking into i'd say :)
