its broke, the spindle that drives the belt that opens and shuts the draw has snapped, tried cyrus no joy, anybody got any ideas where i can get one or how to repair, tried cyrus unofficil site, no good, help. thanks

If it's out of warranty and broken the first thing I'd do is open it up and see the damaged part in itself.
