Blurring effect when watching blu-rays

I have recently purchased a Samsung LE32B450. I've watched a few blu - rays using my PS3 but I've noticed that sometimes I get a wierd blurring effect when watching a film, especially when a particularly dark scene is playing. Any reasons as to why this is and how I can stop it?

Turn off all 'digital processing' such as DNR and 'contrast enhance' etc
