I want to listen to quality hifi from Arcam A39 through wireless headphones.

Also have Arcam CDS27 streamer. And Arcam iDAC 2.

Want to listen to iPad via Bluetooth but also want to listen to audio via CD, Phono, Tuner.

The first requirement is that these devices have a Bluetooth transmitter. The iPad has a built in Bluetooth transmitter. Any device that does not have a built in Bluetooth transmitter may be able to transmit anyway, if you can route their outputs to a Bluetooth transmitter. Even when you cannot route the output of device "x" directly to a Bluetooth transmitter, you may be able to route that output to a stereo system (amplifier, receiver, etc.) and then attach the Bluetooth transmitter to that stereo system.

To get specific answers, first find a Bluetooth transmitter that's available for purchase, then ask your hi-fi salespeople how to make sure it works with your devices. This forum is good for general advice and pointers, but if a more thorough consultation is required, you may have to contact a good sales team like the people at HiFiHeadphonesUK.

You definitely need a transmitter to enable you to do this. I wouldn't be sure of the sound quality however.
