Hi Folks,

I'd like to purchase some bluetooth headphones to use in the gym/commute to work along with my HTC desire phone. I find using wired headphones a nuisance in the gym.. i do some running and cycling.. so they'd need to 'stay on' relatively well.. i had a Jabra Street a few months ago which was grand but kept loosing connection and eventually just died altogether.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Cheers,

Mick

Mick,

You can get these for about £80

I have a pair and they are worth every penny. I use them to listen to music/movies on the laptop and the home theatre PC late at night. The Sennheisers also feature quite a high quality headphone amp so sound
is very smooth and detailed with excellent bass response

Also Poundland do a micro 99p Livewire Bluetooth dongle that actually works better that the laptop's built in Broadcom Bluetooth because the CSR A2DP driver offers both 44.1 and 48khz sample rates, so i got a couple of these to use with the headphones

The only other thing you will need to check is your phone's bluetooth profile as they can be tweaked to improve sound quality.
