Too small, the extra 5cm each way is better, and not as thick. So no. Also no sorbothane feet which would be more money on top.

He's right ya know, Try buying a granite chopping board 45cm wide. I know I have [tried]. I fancied the idea of making myself a couple of DIY Isoplats, just for the look to be honest! I even had some 'mission' red decals made up *biggrin*. But I have never found the right board, which I need to be 45cm x 35cm (depth not critical, but not much less). But the largest ones are nearly all 40 cm x 30 cm, Not wide enough.
