I am new to this site so please bare with me.

I am brought the following system,

KDL40V3000 - TV

HTSF-2000 - Surround Sound

NTL/Pace Box

PS3

Wii

I have set it all up but can not get sound from my NTL box. The rear has 2 phono cables and a scart lead.

I need help!! PLEASE

Both the SCART and the phono leads should output the sound. Using Scart into the TV should output the sound from the TV speakers. You can connect your phono outs to your HTSF-2000 for sound out through your surround speakers.

I have tried doing this but was still not getting any sound from the htsf2000. Perhaps it is just a configuration thing......

Mmm, could be, I'm not familiar with the NTL box I'm afraid

Hm, not sure I can help as my Pace box doesn't have stereo outs, if I recall - otherwise I'd take a look at home. Have you called Virgin?
