Hi,
After having a 5.1 set up for years I've finally reached the time where the benefit is not out-weighed by the aesthetics. I would really like to reduce the clutter and mount 3 speakers on the wall around the tv which will also be wall mounted. I'll have the wires chased to hide any mess as I'm going for a clean finish. I'll decide what to do about rears later and will probably keep my B&W PV1 sub but any recommendations for on-wall speakers or possibly a sound bar? The speakers are primarily for home cinema but also for a bit of music.I'm considering the Dali Rubicon LCRs or Opticon LCRs but they are a little big and imposing. I wonder if it's time to give up on separates and go for something like an Atmos soundbar but that way I would have to ditch my subwoofer which would be a shame. Any thoughts welcome, budget anything from £1,000-£3,000 all in

KEF T301 left and light T301 centre. You can add T101 surrounds later.

Excellent sound quality and very thin in-wall shapes. Need a sub though.

There's a KEF 5.1 package with two T301, a T301C centre, two T101 and a K2 sub. Costs $2k in the US so figure GBP2k to 2.5k in the UK. They're available in white or black too.

Appreciate the suggestion and the Kef's do get a great write up but personally I find the tall size to be too imposing, ideally looking for something more compact. I know the Dali LCRs aren't small but they're significantly shorter

Monitor audio radius 225s have the same issue as the Kefs. And other speakers in that series are very deep so not really what I'm looking for. Perhaps what I'm looking for doesn't exist! ;)

Amp is Marantz SR5007

You could use KEF 101s all round but they're unlikely to give the same "oomph" at the front as they only have a single bass / midrange driver compared to the two in the 301s. The 301s are 24" x 6", the 101s are 13" x 6". Main point about the KEFs is that they're only 1.5 inches deep.
