Best LCD 42 or 46 ! Please help

I know Panny is the king of LCD under 37" but I must have a 42 or 46" inch LCD to connect media center PC, SD FTA receiver (dreambox) and PS3 my viewing distance will 4 meters.

I have to buy this weekend so quickresponse will be great ! as I mentioned my tv source will be standard FTA so it should handle SD content well my budget is 1500.

If the budget could stretch a little i'd go for the 46W3000 or maybe the X3000, but you would have to stretch it a little more for that...
