Best 40inch LCD ?

Hi

I am looking to purchase a 1080P 40inch LCD TV for watching SD Sky, HD DVD and soon SKY HD and I have come up with the following

Sony V3000 (supposed to have clouding issues ?)
Sony W3000
Toshiba 40XF355DB

or even the

Toshiba 37X3030D

Any recommendations on the above

Out of those the 40W3000 is the best set.

The 40X3500 is the best on the market, but it's glass frame adds a couple of inches to every side.
