BBC red button problem

Can anyone shed any light on this problem, please? We have a Pana TX-P42G15B, and the BBC red button function only works on channel 80, the BBC News channel. I've tried resetting to factory settings and doing a retune, but to no avail. It does work ok on other digital tellies in the house, so it's limited to this set. Thanks in advance - I hope!

I find the service intermittant these days, I find it works more on BBC1 than the news channel!

No idea what the real problem is tho.

I contacted Panasonic UK yesterday, who told me that, not content with playing fast and loose with their schedules at the drop of a hat, the BBC had been faffing again, and created a problem, but today, all now seems to be well. Bye.
