BBC HD Problems

Since getting the new EPG installed on my Thomson box I've experienced all the problems reported by others ie drop-off of signal from either, or both, inputs and the need to frequently re-boot etc. Now, however, a new fault has appeared - the BBC HD picture breaks up and freezes even when signal strengths and quality are all shown as adequate. A reboot, rebuild or forced update of software all help but only for a short time. All other HD channels seem OK. Has anyone any views on whether this is just another Thomson box EPG-related fault or something to do with the BBC's transmissions?

I know BBC HD are having problems - read it on this forum.

I have a Thomson box running the new EPG for 6 months and after some initial problems I had an uprated PSU fitted and all has been well since.

The only thing that happens maybe 1 in 10 times is when I hit the text button or the red button whilst on BBC1 / BBC news 24 is the box goes into standby and requires the '2 mins rule'
