Bare wire speaker cables

SYSTEM:- PS3, Sony STR-DE475 A/V Receiver & SA-VE225 micro speaker system, Samsung 32" LCD.

Having just purchased the receiver and surround sound of e-bay for £60, i would like to upgrade the nasty speaker cable and subwoofer lead that came with it, but being new to home cinema i am a little confused by the terminology used to discribe all the various leads etc. Would love some advice. I need 20 metres of speaker cable & a 2 metre lead for the subwoofer, my budget is £40-£50.

hi, try www.audiovisualonline.co.uk. You could go for the 'QED MICRO' Speaker cable as this is a cheap and decent performer for the money plus its reasonably thin and wont stand out too much! As for the sub maybe you could try a Qed one or a Profigold.
