Banana plugs

Hi, I will upgrade my speakers/AVR and I wonder if I need banana plugs (4mm)-what brand you would recommend, or to stay like it is now-direct connection of the cables to the speakers and AVR w/o plugs.

I have my front speakers bi-amped -QED silver XT cables and rear/center speakers-single wire-QED Original cable

I'd go for silver spades instead of banana plugs
