B&W Zeppeling Mini Factory reset

Hi,

My Zeppelin Mini has stopped working. None of the buttons are responsive either on the dock itself or via the remote control. Any ideas how to reset the dock? Also has anybody else had this problem?

This does not necessarily answer your problem, but there is a new firmware update on the B&W site.

I would poke around on that page, and install the update if you have not already.
