b&w speakers ds3 rears

is there a uk shortage of these speakers in black

as ive been waiting since the 16th december 2009 for mine

my local hifi dealers say they have had them on order since

im just looking for some info on this please

Hi Colin I have purchased the B&W 685 theatre kit with the upgraded sub 610.

I have had to wait 3 weeks so far because apparently the company B&W use to build the cabinets for there speakers went bust and are now using another company hence the back log. I could be wrong but this could be why you've been waiting a while for your speakers.
