B & W Centre Speaker Tweeter Problem

I have a B&W 684 speaker system and while having a bit of a clean i moved the centre speaker, upon moving this i heard some rattling inside and tipped it upside down to see what it was. When i did this out popped a pointy thing which i have been told is the back of the tweeter.

I have taken it back to the shop to be told the tweeter is loose and this does not happen on its own.

Has anyone elese had any similair experience or could this actually happen.

And their point is? The fact is, there's something wrong, and B&W or the supplier need to sort it, and implying that you've done something to it is not acceptable. If you get no joy with the shop, contact B&W who will treat your problem more seriously.
