AV reciever and Alexa

Is anyone using a Alexa enabled AV reciever?

Which model and does it auto swith on say freeview or Blu-Ray player?

Funny I was about to ask similar question but mine was if I put the receiver in another room does Alexa control it and also can I buy a blu ray player that is Alexa controlled. Apologies if these appear basic questions but I have no experience of any of this . Cheers
