AV Rack for Hifi?

Hi,

I am looking to get a rack for my hifi, however find a lot of the recommended racks a bit on the eye sore side. I have seen this

and thought it would look pretty decent in my room. Any thoughts on using an AV rack for hifi equipment? Anyone used this particular model or have other recommendations for this kind of thing, budget around £200.

If you like that sort of thing, Alphason stuff is normally decent build quality.

I have two of these in my lounge and think they are fantastic - great build and easy to hide stuff befind the two doors - also right size for taking a lot of full size kit

both - i have one with my onkyo, dvd player, sky box ect and one that houses my CDP, Dac, Pre amp and 2 power amps - i have the cdp in the open gap in the middle with the pre amp for volume for easy access then my powers are hidden behind the doors - with them having doors they hide a massive tangle of cables - behind the doors 3/4 of the back to the cupboard is open for cables ventilation ect

I've just started using this for my hifi and its great really sturdy and solid. looks great and very well made. £155 from av4home too which is pretty good i think.
