Has anyone ever had trouble with Auna as a company? They are currently withholding both a cd deck and a refund from me. All their communication seems designed to kill time so that I have to return the cd deck if it ever arrives (now 3 weeks late)/or to hold on to my money. Have since purchased a deck from Richer Sounds (excellent service, great product). Would seriously advise that you approach Auna with caution (and Five Stars for Richer Sounds!)

I am very wary of new posters whose first post is a complaint against a company.
Perhaps you could give us a bit more history regarding where and how you bought the CD player and why they are withholding a refund when this is normally down to a dealer, or did you buy it direct?
