This is not a bargain but it seems quite the opposite.

Last year I bought a tuner and I have no news yet shipping or no money back even though contact with them almost every day by email.

Ok, you order date was 27th December 2012. You make it appear as if you ordered it months ago.

Being a Christmas / New Year week, they may have been busy. How did you pay? If by credit card, you have protection (if based in UK, not sure about other countries).

But an email to say how things are not taken even two seconds.

Courier companies can be notorious in not updating their sites with tracking numbers. I've faced this only 3 weeks ago. When I entered the tracking number on the courier company's website, I got the message "Item not yet received from the sender", yet it turned up at my place 1 hour later!

Well... they ¿had? the Yamaha T2 thay I could not find it anywhere

The package has arrived with the Tuner, and came in a reasonable time.

All my suspicions about Audio-Extasa were unfounded, and publicly apologize for it.

Audio-Extasa fulfilled.

The packaging is perfect.

In the future, maybe they should to improve communication with their customers.

That said, It is very likely that I will buy from them any of their great products

Hey Perdomino,

I see you are enjoying your Yamaha T-2 :) I got one myself last October and it really is stunning. Even through my humble system it produces sound quality above any other tuner I have tried so far:

As for Audio Extasa - I think they are connected with Retro Audio in Berlin. I have never bought anything from them. The items look in very good condition, but the prices are rather scary! I'm glad it all worked out for you in the end though. It looks like the wait was worth it.

I am having the same experience having bought a Sony tape deck from them. Since payment on the 24th of January no reply to any of my e-mails and telephone calls. i do hope that my purchase arrives just as it did for our friend. Nevertheless their lack of communication is bordering unsociable behaviour.
