Arrows on speaker cable

Just noticed there are arrows pointing one way on my Monitor audio pureflow speaker cable.

 Should they be pointing towards the amp or speaker or does it make any difference ?

They should indicate the direction of the signal, from the amp to the speakers.

As to whether it makes any difference, I think you'll find there are robust opinions both for and against 'round these parts...

Well, it happens that MA Pureflow is see-through, so they can

Good cable, I've still got 2 x 3m runs somewhere in my box of cast off interconnects and cables.........
